Registration Fee for RI2C 2024

Note :

  • A copy of a student enrolment card for 2024 is essential.
  • All transaction fees should be covered by the remitter, so that the amount RI2C 2024 secretarial receives is no lesser than the total due.
  • Remittances will not be refunded upon cancellation.
  • Registration fee for presentation is rated per one accepted paper.

Registration Entitlement

Registration fee for Presentation covers during the conference days :

  • Presentation slot.
  • Lunches/Coffee breaks/Dinner Party (8 August 2024).
  • RI2C materials (bag, notebook, pen, souvenir).
  • Certificate of participation.
  • Attend to all sessions.
  • Publication process in the proceedings (see Submission).

Registration fee for Participant covers during the conference days :

  • RI2C materials (bag, notebook, pen, souvenir).
  • Attend to all sessions.

* Please be aware that the registration fee does not cover the accommodation expenses.
Bangkok has a broad variety of hotel options and it is easy to find where to stay on a budget in this city. Special hotel room rates have been arranged for RI2C 2024 (see Venue).

Registration Method

  • Registration will open on 1 July 2024 (see Important Dates).
  • Participants wishing to attend a conference are requested to register online :

  • On completion of your online registration, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee.
  • Participants who already have registered completely, will be advised to upload supplementary file for presentation before the conference dates.

  • Payment of the registration fee can be made via the following methods (only after stating that the transaction is for RI2C 2024):

  • On completion of your online registration, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee.
  • Please comply and return the proof of payment in registration due date.
  • The amount registrant transfer does not include bank charges.
  • Confirmation of conference registration will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment before 31 July 2024.
  • If you encounter any issues when paying online or if you cannot pay before 31 July 2024, please contact the conference manager by email to: secretary.ri2c@stri.kmutnb.ac.th.
  • After online registration and payment, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.
Notification of confirmation of money transfer

Additional Information

  • To be included in the final conference program, at least one author of each accepted paper must register online to attend the conference and pay the registration fees for Presentation by the deadlines.
  • To be considered for the publication in proceedings, one author of each accepted paper must present the work in-person to allow our session chairs to evaluate it.
  • It is possible for co-authors to attend the conference in-person by registering for Participant.
