Registration Fee for RI2C 2026

Note :

  • A copy of a student enrolment card for 2026 is essential.
  • All transaction fees should be covered by the remitter, so that the amount RI2C 2026 secretarial receives is no lesser than the total due.
  • Remittances will not be refunded upon cancellation.
  • Registration fee for presentation is rated per one accepted full paper.
  • A type of submission as “abstract” will receive a discount on the registration fee. The accepted abstracts will be published only in e-abstract book of conference.

Registration Entitlement

Registration fee for Presenter covers during the conference days:

  • Presentation slot.
  • Lunches / Coffee breaks / Dinner Party (9 July 2026).
  • RI2C materials (e-abstract book, bag, pen, souvenir).
  • Certificate of participation.
  • Attend to all sessions.
  • Publication process in the proceedings (for only accepted full papers).

Registration fee for Participant covers during the conference days :

  • Lunches / Coffee breaks / Dinner Party (9 July 2026).
  • RI2C materials (e-abstract book, bag, pen, souvenir).
  • Attend to all sessions.

* Please be aware that the registration fee does not cover the accommodation expenses.

Nonthaburi has a broad variety of hotel options and it is easy to find where to stay on a budget in this city. Special hotel room rates have been arranged for RI2C 2026 (see Venue).

Registration Method

  • Registration will open on 15 June 2026 (see Important Dates).
  • Presenters or participants wishing to attend a conference are requested to register online :

  • On completion of your online registration, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee.
  • Presenters who already have registered completely, will be advised to upload supplementary file for presentation before the conference dates.

  • Payment of the registration fee can be made via the following methods (please do after you receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee) :

  • The amount registrant transfer does not include bank charges.
  • Confirmation of conference registration will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment before 3 July 2026.
  • If you encounter any issues when paying online or if you cannot pay before 3 July 2026, please contact the conference manager by email to: secretary.ri2c@stri.kmutnb.ac.th.
  • After online registration and payment, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.

Additional Information

  • To be included in the final conference program, at least one author of each accepted full paper/abstract must register online to attend the conference and pay the registration fees for Presenter by the deadlines.
  • To be considered for the publication in proceedings, one author of each accepted full paper must present the work in-person to allow our session chairs to evaluate it.
  • It is possible for co-authors to attend the conference in-person by registering for Participant.
