About the Thailand International Biorefinery symposium:

The Thailand Biorefinery Symposium (TBioS) aims to bring together researchers andprofessionals to share their experience and knowledge on several fields of biorefinery including biomass conversion, biochemical engineering, bioenergy and thermochemical conversion approaches. The symposium provides an interdisciplinary platform for material science professionals, researchers, academics, and industrial practitioners to present and discuss the recent developments and innovations in the field, opportunities, and practical challenges, solutions adopted, etc, in the field of biofuels and applications in various sectors. The 1^st TBioS was organized by Suranaree University of Technology in 2019. This symposium has continued until this year. 

This year is the 5^th TBioS is coorganized with the 6^th Research, Invention, and Innovation Congress (RI²C) by King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.

This year KMUTNB has been honored to be a host of TBioS-5 under the theme of “Shaping the sustainable future with Research & innovations”. This symposium will be held at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand during 19–20 August 2025. This year, we will have several hornorable speakers including academics, private sectors and governmental people to give a talk in several sessions.
