Publication Opportunities: IEEE Xplore (Proceedings) indexed by SCOPUS
Accepted and presented full papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library (Conference Proceedings), subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The conference proceedings are expected to be indexed in Scopus.
Submission Instructions: Authors are required to submit their full papers or abstracts through the EDAS submission system.
* In order to get the opportunity for publication in the conference proceedings indexed by SCOPUS, you MUST submit your FULL PAPER. The submitted abstract will be reviewed for publishing in only the abstract book. *
Paper submission guideline
Paper submission in Innovative Electricals and Electronics (iEE) at RI2C 2026 was never published before, and it is not currently being considered by another conference. All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism. Papers that have a significant amount of overlap with other papers will be automatically rejected (>30%). The papers must be written in English and formatted in accordance with the standard conference proceedings format. The paper must be 3 to 8 pages of A4 size in length, including all texts, references, figures and photographs. All iEE submissions will be electronic and in IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format (*.pdf).
Evaluation process
After full manuscript is accepted and revised according to reviewer’s comments, the author should upload the final revision of full manuscripts together with response to reviewer’s comments onto the submission system. Both MS-Word and PDF files are required for all final manuscripts. (IEEE PDF eXpress tool must be used to generate PDF file of the camera-ready version of all full manuscripts). Please refer to Camera-ready submission guide for full manuscripts. It is required that at least one author of every accepted paper must register before the early-bird registration deadline and give presentation at the conference. All accepted full manuscripts will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore database. Please strictly follow the instruction and template when submitting the manuscript.
