Registration Method

Registration will open on 15 July 2025 (see Important Dates).
Presenters or participants wishing to attend a conference are requested to register online :

On completion of your online registration, you will receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee.
Presenters who already have registered completely, will be advised to upload supplementary file for presentation before the conference dates.

Payment of the registration fee can be made via the following methods (please do after you receive an order confirmation or proforma invoice in order to transfer the registration fee) :

The amount registrant transfer does not include bank charges.
Confirmation of conference registration will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment before 15 August
If you encounter any issues when paying online or if you cannot pay before 15 August 2025, please contact the conference manager by email to: secretary.ri2c@stri.kmutnb.ac.th.
After online registration and payment, the registration fee cannot be reimbursed.

Additional Information

To be included in the final conference program, at least one author of each accepted full paper/abstract must register online to attend the conference and pay the registration fees for Presenter by the deadlines.
To be considered for the publication in proceedings, one author of each accepted full paper must present the work in-person to allow our session chairs to evaluate it.
It is possible for co-authors to attend the conference in-person by registering for Participant.
